The Golden Retriever is an ideal family companion, and one of the most popular breeds of all time. They earned this reputation because of their friendly, trusting, calm, gentle disposition. They are excellent with children and have an eagerness to please, which makes them extremely easy to train. They are moderately active, highly intelligent, with a medium-length coat (that can be either wavy or flat) with a sturdy, well proportioned body. We have done everything possible to prevent health problems in our puppies and only use healthy, sound breeding animals. We do require that you visit your Vet within 3 days of picking up your puppy. If your puppy is found not to be healthy, we will replace or refund your purchase price immediately upon your vets written evaluation. All of our dogs are AKC registered. Our puppies vary in price, depending on their color, quality and if they go to "pet" ($600-$900) or "breeding" ($1500-$2000) homes. I am a very small breeder that produces only one or two litters per year. Your puppy will be a member of your family for many years to come, so is well worth the wait. I will take a $100, NON REFUNDABLE, deposit to reserve one of our babies for you.
